update

The house is now fully furnished and looks pretty good in sections. I found an amazing housemate named Jeff through a coincidence involving craigslist. It's a great match so far and I really like having someone else in the house. A friend of his, Drew, moved in recently and that's also good news. So it definitely feels like a home and I'm so glad that I made the move here.
